My life is practically driven by two things: a deep faith in Jesus and the rugged call of the wild. My journey started when I was just a kid in Kansas. My Dad, Grandpa, and Great Uncles showed me the ropes hunting upland birds, turkey, and deer, instilling in me a respect for nature that’s become my life’s compass.
The creative bug hit me early, too. I scraped together mowing money to buy my first camera at age 12, and before long, I was working on several creative teams in the outdoor industry by the time I was 15. Even going to college on a wrestling scholarship and studying Wildlife Biology, of course, couldn't keep me from my camera. That's when I met Kurt, and I spent every spare moment filming, chasing that spark of passion.
In 2020, I took a leap of faith, launched my own business, and started running my camera everywhere from the music scene to the mountains. This led to some awesome places all over the world and eventually the partnership I have now, leading the content side of Western Obsessions. My goal isn’t just to make hunting videos; it’s to make you feel something, to find the root of why we all love Gods creation.
I live in Colorado, the front range is basically my basecamp for chasing elk, fly fishing, and snowboarding whenever I can sneak away. I’m a disciple of Jesus Christ, and honestly, my faith guides every decision I make on this amazing path. The best part of my job is helping fellow outdoorsmen and women create the kind of lasting memories and achieve the hunting and fishing dreams that they’ll talk about for a lifetime.
